Yes. You can reserve your ticket by choosing the day of the visit. When you arrive at the facilities, access to the Aeri is on a first-come, first-served basis. You can go directly to the waiting area without going through the ticket office.

Yes, you can also buy tickets at the stations as usual. Our ticketing staff will be happy to assist you.

The cable cars leave approximately every 15 minutes, and the trip lasts 5 minutes.

Yes. If you are coming by car, you can access the interior car park via the bridge over the Llobregat River, as long as there are available spaces. An external coach and caravan park is available.

The last downstream cabin departs punctually at the time established as the closure of the service depending on the season. For example, if the closing time is specified as being 6:15 pm, the last cabin in downstream direction leaves at 6:15 pm. The last cabin going upstream departs 15′ before Aeri closing time. For example, if the closing time is specified as being 6:15 pm, the last cabin in upstream direction leaves at 6:15 pm t is recommended to purchase tickets at least 15 minutes before closing time. 

Yes, as long as they wear a muzzle and are on a lead.
No, the facilities are not yet adapted for wheelchair accessibility, however, we are working on making this possible.

Yes, but we would appreciate it if you could fold it up so as not to impinge on the space of other passengers. We inform you that the Aeri is not adapted and therefore you have to go up or down stairs.

Yes, both at the top and bottom stations, and also through the online platform that you can find on this website.
