At Aeri de Montserrat the safety of our customers and employees is our priority. For this reason, we have put a series of measures in place in order to make the experience safe and satisfactory:
  1. A mask must be worn
  2. The capacity is limited to 50% in the cable cars.
  3. Hand disinfection, providing hydroalcoholic gel at the various access points.
  4. The minimum safe distance must be respected
  5. Periodic disinfection throughout the day
  6. Constant ventilation of the cable cars
  7. Capacity is limited in the various spaces within the stations
  8. Trained and equipped staff
  9. Booking is improved with time slots so as to reduce waiting times
Within the facilities the different spaces have been marked with the direction flows and all the relevant information is displayed. The Aeri staff will be at your service at all times.
Yes. You can book a ticket to go up to Montserrat in a given timeslot, 30 minutes in advance. The descending cable car does not have any booking slots: passengers board the cable car when they get there, in order of arrival. We recommend that you buy your ticket through the Online Ticketing System to speed up the process.
Yes, you can also buy tickets at the stations as usual. Our ticketing staff will be happy to assist you.
The cable cars leave approximately every 5-10 minutes, and the trip lasts 5 minutes.
Yes. If you are coming by car, you can access the interior car park via the bridge over the Llobregat River, as long as there are available spaces. An external coach and caravan park is available.
The last car in either direction departs punctually at the time established as the closure of the service depending on the season. For example, if the closing time is specified as being 6:15 pm, the last cabin in either direction leaves at 6:15 pm. It is recommended to purchase tickets at least 10 minutes before closing time.
Yes, as long as they wear a muzzle and are on a lead.
No, the facilities are not yet adapted for wheelchair accessibility, however, we are working on making this possible.
Yes, but we would appreciate it if you could fold it up so as not to impinge on the space of other passengers.
Yes, both at the top and bottom stations, and also through the online platform that you can find on this website.
